Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened coffee items.
However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Refund timelines: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if evidence of misuse or customer negligence is found.
